Cancel a PayPal payment

To cancel a recurring donation made through PayPal, you need to log into your PayPal account and cancel it. You can then visit our website to start your new donation. This is what PayPal say about cancelling a subscription:
How do I cancel a PayPal payment?
You may only cancel a payment if it appears in your account ‘Summary’ under ‘Pending payments’ and, when you click on it, the status shows as Unclaimed. You’ll notice a ‘Cancel’ button next to the payment. Simply click Cancel to stop the payment

Cancel a card payment

To cancel a recurring donation made through your bank, you need to log into your Donorbox account and cancel it. If you have forgotten your Donorbox password, you can request a new password on the sign in page: https://donorbox.org/user_session/new.

When you have logged into Donorbox you should see something like this:
If you click on the plan that you need to change a new form will open with all your details.
Simply click on the Cancel This Plan button.

Donorbox will ask you to confirm that you want to cancel the plan.
If you click OK you will see the new status of your recurring payment.
