Hello, I'm Achilles. I may be small, but I have a big heart. Born in April 2021, I’ve had a tough start, but I’ve grown into a calm and gentle dog. I might spend a lot of time resting and observing, but don't let that fool you, I can run around like a rabbit when the mood strikes. I’ve learned to enjoy the quiet life here at the farm shelter, where I’m surrounded by other dogs, cats, and animals. Now, I’m ready for my next chapter, a peaceful home where I can explore a garden at my own pace.

Achilles came to us from a dog pound, where his future was uncertain. Born with a limb deformity, particularly in his hind legs, Achilles doesn't let that stop him, he can move on all fours without needing wheels. Though he was initially wary of people and touch, his time at the shelter has softened him into a serene, approachable companion. Achilles would thrive in a calm, loving home, preferably with a garden where he can move around as he pleases. At 14kg, he is one of our smaller dogs and is now ready for adoption. After confirming your adoption, we’ll assist with travel logistics to bring your new friend home safely and cost-effectively. If you’re in Morocco or can visit, you’re welcome to pick up your dog directly from us and have a tour of the animal refuge.

We’ll evaluate your application and discuss with you whether the dog(s) you’re interested in are a good match. If not, we’ll suggest other wonderful dogs that share a similar appearance, yet better suit your lifestyle and expectations.
